The proposal presented:

- Actionable steps across 5 strategic pillars
Key stakeholders joined the dialogue, including:
- Prof. Gomika Udugamasooriya – Senior Advisor to HE the President on Science and Technology as the keynote speaker
- Hon. Chathuranga Abeysinghe – Deputy Minister of Industries and Entrepreneurship Development
- Dr. Ananda Wijewickrama – Chairman, NMRA
- Prof. Jayantha Wijayabandara – Chairman, SPMC
